Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from KG Outlet, 8119 Birchmount Rd, Richmond Hill, Ontario L6G 0H5, Canada (“KG Outlet”, “we”). By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
KG Outlet is an independent authorized retailer. We are not owned by, operated by or affiliated with the brands we sell. Brand names are used only to identify the products.
Products and authenticity
Every piece is sourced directly from the brand or its authorized distributors and is sold new with its original tags. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the piece.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of your market. Canadian prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude sales taxes, which are shown at checkout. Compare-at prices show what the piece sold for at full price. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a piece is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place the order through Shopify's secure checkout. Gift cards are subject to the terms shown on them and never expire.
Delivery
We show the delivery date range before you pay. Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order is more than 30 days later than the promised date, you may cancel it for a full refund, as provided by Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund policy explains how to return a piece within 30 days. Pieces marked Final sale can't be returned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Accounts and KG Circle
Keep access to your account email secure. KG Circle membership is free and its benefits are described on the KG Circle page; we may change them with notice.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text and photography belong to KG Outlet or its licensors. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to identify genuine products.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumers in other provinces keep the protections of their own province's laws.
